A successor to Arika's Street Fighter EX series. With a roster identical to Street Fighter EX2 Plus, FEXL stands out by introducing chain combos, running, and the "Gougi" system, which allows the player to change the properties of their character - or even the game's system - by fulfilling certain requirements mid-match.
